Welcome to Toesie's Return Policy

We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your premium alpaca socks. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help you.

101-Day Return Period

You have 101 days from the date you received your order to initiate a return. If it has been more than 101 days since you received your socks, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your socks must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In the same condition as you received them
  • In their original packaging

Socks that are not in their original condition, are damaged, worn, or missing parts for reasons not due to our fault cannot be returned.

Initiating a Return

Follow these steps to initiate a return:

1. Notify Us
Contact us at hello@toesie.ie with a clear statement of your decision to return your order. Include your order number and reason for return in your email.

2. Send Back Your Order
Once we've confirmed your return request, send the socks together with the confirmation from Toesie to the address we provide you. Make sure you include a tracking code with the package. As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipment, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

3. Receive Your Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email confirmation. If approved, we will ensure that the purchase price is refunded to your bank account within 5 working days.

Exceptions

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Socks that have been worn or washed
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Personalized or custom orders
  • Gift cards

Refund Process

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether we approve or reject your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be made to your original payment method within 5 working days.
